Author Notes:

As a writer, I enjoy the 'How' and 'Why' thing happen in a story over 'What' happens. This will not, however, diminish plot points in the story. Each Arc will be well thought out.

This Fanfic explores what it would be like in a reality where Pokemon exist. Most other Fanfics are based on game or anime logic. I will be taking the point of view of a Progression Fantasy.

I will try to update every Weekday at Noon Central.

P.S. I do this for fun. As I am an amateur writer, I expect complaints and criticism. Anything other than constructive will be ignored. Well thought out Reviews, please.

*I Do NOT own Pokemon in any way, shape or form.

I had been delaying reading this for a while due to negative reviews and I regret that a lot. It was a wonderful read.
I especially liked the world building, tropes of games are expanded to be quite realistic.
Grammar is quite good with some minor mistakes, but that can be overlooked.
It was good for once to read a story with mc not getting some op power at the beginning or a system. Just a bit special with dark affinity but that's not that uncommon in the world and it isn't really just advantages.
Also liked the fact that mc doesn't remember everything about every single Pokemon like some other fanfics, it's absurd to remember/memorize everything when Google is at the tip of the hand to search anything you want.
Though it was a bit wierd that she behaved very silent at the meeting, it may be due to being in the wilderness for long (it wasn't mentioned exactly how long I think). And I don't see why meeting important people at the start is that much frowned upon, it was even explained that her situation was quite similar to N so they took precautions to prevent that same disaster.
Also a guy in a review said legendaries keep getting attracted to mc, did he even read the same story. She met total 4 legendaries till the latest chapter (80th) with 3 battling it out at the start of the story and one other called by the leaders of the region to check her story and none were really attracted to her. So I don't know what he was thinking when he wrote that.
Overall I loved the story, it's one of my favourite Pokemon fanfic and hope author continues it for a long time.

This story is just starting out but it has got me hooked. The pacing is great, not too fast or too slow, it feels right. The character feel human and and like the style The behaviour of the pokemon just feels right. I don't fully know where the story is going but I just caught up to the latest chapter in a 2 hour reading frenzy so I'm definitely hooked.
The one point of critique I have for the writer is simple. Don't listen to me. Seems a bit weird but there have already been some polls and while community feedback and participation is awesome and can really help and feel fun for readers and writers, it shouldn't overrule what you are the writer wish to do. So that's my advice, don't let the opinions of the internet get to your head and keep having fun writing.

Currently up to just before the first gym, story seems good so far. Not one for long or verbose reviews and also minorly sleep deprived because it's 5 am the next day cause I binged instead of sleeping. Character tiptoes on the line of being mildly edgy without being an annoying wannabe edgelord that is barely tolerable, which is a thing some people may dislike, it's not excessive or anything though, story is overall interesting so far with it being a bit more realistic than average in a way that reminds me sorta of borne of caution but there are some obvious differences and it is by no means cloning the way things work in BoC. My brain has now run out of coherent things to say, farewell, I'd recommend giving the story a shot.

it's not as overwhelmingly great as the other pokemon fanfics I've read, those were REALLY good. both in writing quality and plot, but it's great entertainment. I'd love it if the author would keep on going, and I'll definitely follow the story along. despire the "grimdark" elements, the story is rather childish and unheavy. the main character's name is "lilith" which is a little edgy. illea from azarinth healer took that on as a joke, so that was ok. but trying to be serious about it is a little weird. a bit cringe. at most we have a slightly edgy character who's advantage lay in being a dark type specialist who cannot bond with other types, and we see the world from her prespecitve. all dark types specialists tend to be a little edgy especially in the pokemon francise, so I just kinda like it. the story also tries to be edgy but it's all just a little cute. definitely not grimdark whatsoever. I don't like grimdark so that's fine by me. the characters need to grow, not to suffer and be tortured physically and mentally every chapter. reading a story where the mc feels hopeless is annoying. especially when they never get through with it, and you know they will never overcome it, and even if they would it won't feel like a victory. I hate it when characters are being tortured and humilated constantly. it might make victory more sweet, but the more the character fails to overcome their hopelss situation, the more it adds to my frustration. until it becomes a pain to read.
the first thirty chapters of the story are rather short and concise, and I think it's only after them that the story really grows. anyways, it'll try to follow the story along, and hopefully it keeps going, but many stories like these don't reach chapter one hundred. I like it when they do though, it's most certainly rare to have one that's completed.

The grammar is great with either not many issues or no issues remotely.
The characters, while not deep dived, do happen to have at least a decent depth to them that we most likely will see later on.
The world building is going well and things are starting to be very interesting.
The main character is slightly floppy but it is understandable as certain things have happened when they were transfered and are causing lingering effects that both harm and help the main characters future regarding their own health and their pokemon's.
The pokemon energy mechanics are well explored and hp and levels are handled in interesting ways while not throwing them out like some other books on RoyalRoad.
The book is pretty good but not comparable to things like Born of Caution.
Give it a read its not a bad read at all.

To be honest the start was great but its just too slow im already at chapter 57 and the mc is looking a side character not to mention she still only has one pokemon and it isn't even in the level 20 in my understanding 1 star high would be lvl 18 or 19 and 2 star is lvl 20 to be honest everything is great its just so slow especially in the school tournament sub arc the mc just looks like a side character

I have some mixed feels about the story thus far.  Overall, I have to say that the story, style and grammar are all quite good.  Girl gets blasted into the Pokemon universe by fighting legendaries and becomes a dark type specialist.  She has to survive in the wild for a while and finds out that the Pokemon world can be a bit more dangerous than the games and anime would imply.  After being rescued, she goes to school and then gets to start her journey for real.
It's a really solid start with great promise.  My only issues come from how the character herself is handled.  During the entire wilderness survival arc, the character is interesting and engaging.  I really loved how she was able to adapt in the face of challenges and find joy in the small things, even though she was going through a hard and dangerous time.  Despite resepecting/fearing the power of genuinely dangerous pokemon, she was also open and friendly to many of the denizens of the forrest and built up some mutually beneficial relationships.
Then she got rescued and everything changed.  That plucky and engaging character totally disappeared and was replaced by a rude, standoffish, mute for no apparent reason.  It's a jarring change and not a pleasant one to read.  I understand what the author was going for, as she has the character explain it several chapters later, but I believe this is stylistic issue involve a lack of proper setup to prepare the readers for the sudden shift in character tone.  I think it would really help the story if the character had more explicitly expressed her worries and planned her shift in behavior prior to meeting someone rather than the author just suddenly having our vivacious little Tarzan turn into a cold fish.  Without that setup, the character dissonance is hard to get past.
Despite that, I do think the author is doing quite a good job overall and believe that people who like pokemon fanfics in general would enjoy adding this to their list.

I am enjoying this story, and while I will keep on reading there are 2 issues I've seen so far.
    1. The author sometimes makes a statement and repeats it 2 or 3 paragraphs later
    2. When first meeting the leaders of Unova, I found it odd that some of the most powerful/brilliant people in the region couldn't tell our mc was lying, at least to a degree. Especially after the test. While pretending she couldn't  recognize Palkia and Dialga she did admit ro recognize them as legendaries, yet no one noticed the discrepancy.

I've read up to chapter 25; and initially, I did like it. But as the chapters went on and approached 25, I found myself disliking it the story further.
Grammer and Style are fine, great even; aside from the mc's name being repeated far too many times.
However, what really grinded my gears was the way things progressed with the main character; namely how what looked to be an interesting character initially then started devolving by first being rescued by a Dues Ex Machina, becoming the center of attention from said Dues Ex Machina, then acting all silent and mysterious when finally meeting other people.
I get that it could have been a psych thing from being stuck in the wilderness; but it had only been a handful of days.
I couldn't look past those red flags, and so I'm leaving this review for others to form their own thoughts with.

What the title say good start, good premise, the grammar was quite good, but the more I read the more disappointed I become, MC from the beginning doesn't even resemble the one that gets rescue is like I reading 2 different people, god the trope mysterious stranger is so cringe and legendaries just seen to be attracted to her now c'mon and she meet so many important people out nowhere. From survival in a new world to Deus machina, someone else may like this but I simple can't good luck.
