- RznRoyal Road★★★ 3.0The premise here is one that seems to be inherently sad and deals with a husband's infidelity, but at the same time the POV that we have is relatively distance and not objective at all, this comes to a head in the conclusion which makes the reader have to consider the facts of the story as they are presented. Since it is not explicitly from her perspective this means the narration is unreliable about the affair and the entire meaning begins to shift. While I believe it is unintentional, this compromises the story and it has to be ignored in order to try and understand the authorial intention. Such issues and the POV could address this and make the story stronger.
