Cats and Crows

Kieran likes to feed the crows; it might be the only thing he likes to do.

Starting college was the last thing on his mind—student loans, debt, grades, and people. All things he didn’t like, but after years of his mother begging him to start, he did.

One day, while feeding the crows, a black cat called Pablo scares them away. Kieran kicks at the cat for scaring his crows, and Seven, the cat's owner, comes to take him away. Starting on the wrong foot sets the stage for strife.
