The world of Arden is a place where magic is both feared and respected. At the beginning of the world, magic was gifted to humans by the goddess Amara. Many soon became greedy for that power and a sage of great knowledge sought to become a god themselves. However, it was too late when they failed to realize the danger of magic and their death had caused the world itself to change in its entirety leading to mana seeping into its very depths.
