Description
Reo Soru has always had a question on his mind but never seemed to have an answer.“Why does every job I’ve worked in always have a manager that’s an asshole?”
He’s a man in his thirties who is a slave to the corporate world and has been entrapped by the rat race, a system of an unpleasant never-ending life of chasing something he’ll never achieve. Reo has already accepted this, but if he’s going to live this way, why can’t his work ever be enjoyable? Why can’t managers just be respectful or helpful? Instead, the managers he always encounters are hypocritical, lazy or power abusers.
Then finally, Reo had a solution to all his answers… maybe if he became CEO, things would be different? However, this thought may be a little too late as one day, Reo was fatally hit by a truck, and on the verge of dying, regrets began to fill up his mind on why he didn’t take risks sooner or why he kept playing it safe.
In a way, he felt like he had lost in life by default.
As his death is near, Reo can’t accept that he will die the way he is and would do anything to become CEO.
Suddenly a notification screen appears right before him.
<< Pay 500 yen to go to another world >>
Realizing that he’s got another shot at life, Reo embarks on a fresh journey to become a CEO that will create a working environment that opposes the system in his old world and a place where individuals from numerous races can wake up in the morning and say “I can’t wait to go to work!”

- WhipBobby100Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0From reading this so far, this is a very different isekai I've read. It really takes it time to cater to characters rather than having an OP MC right from the bat which makes no sense. It has hilarious scenes and moments which I feel like I can see it being played in my head
If you like anime or isekai I promise this is a story that's is bizarre in its own way but in a good way! - The CubeRoyal Road★ 1.0As soon as you start reading, it becomes obvious that the writer is just trying to just pull tropes, without actually knowing anything about them, and doesn't really care about story consistency. The MC is flat and reads like an exaggerated character in a theatre play and not a real person, and from skimming the later chapters, doesn't get and better.
The author also tries to use yen, thinking they work like other currencies, and adds fractions to them. Why not use dollars?
