I collapsed from a major heart attack. And due to my heart condition, I got hospitalized for four months before a pentagram started glowing out from the hospital floor.

Before I knew it, I got summoned to Naraka, a world of sword, magic and dragon.... and I barely had enough power to walk from my doorstep to the lift.

With no other choice, I and I believed, several other people that were on the ground level of the hospital on that day had to eventually adapt to this new lifestyle.
