    The concept for this fanfiction is that Izuku is so troubled by the secret he is going to spout off about it and draw even more attention to himself? Mostly what seems to be a bunch of shouting, Izuku doesn't realize it is a cry for help and the characterization of Izuku falters here. The idea just doesn't really work as this is out of character.
