This is a fanfiction based roughly on the mobile game Book of Heroes. No need for prior knowledge of the game as the background story will be provided. Will update at least once every week.
Summary:
Like most heroes of legends, ours came from humble origins. In the backwater village of Glenfort, John was simply a part-time cook working for Innkeeper Colette at the Mucky Duck Inn, serving her patrons day and night.
But as our story begins, a terrible evil has descended onto John's peaceful village. By the day's end, John would leave behind these humble beginnings and embark on a journey into the fabled pages of the Book of Heroes....

- ZlenAshworthRoyal Road★★ 2.0It's good. It has a lot of potential if you add a lil' bit of humor in it. Like how John could have reacted to Miss Colette giving him the frying pan. Like I mean, Those are thieves and you give him a frying pan ! Thieves have knives and daggers ! Why a frying pan and why would you ask him to go after them with a FRYING PAN ? You should add more details as to why Miss Colette would give him the task to go after the thieves. Like maybe John became strong and would be able to handle those thieves because of the stuffs he has been doing at Mucky Duck Inn for 10 years. It's a great story but not a good start there. Two Stars.
