BOOK OF BEUR: Under The Green Moon

In the land of Beur, sequestered on the southern coast rest the small petty kingdoms of the region of Helm’s Coast. One of these kingdoms, Cliffmoore, has stood alongside the Tarkhanite Empire since its founding, being one of its first allies and later vassals. Though a King, the ruler of Cliffmoore answers to the Yellow Khan, the current ruler of the continent-spanning dominion of the Tarkhanites. This partnership has brought peace, prosperity and protection for Cliffmoore from the other petty kings of Helm’s coast. Two hundred years of unabashed peace and prosperity.

However, a shadow has descended over Cliffmoore, and the Khan has taken notice. As a master diviner, he has concocted a plan to discreetly deal with the growing troubles southward. What he did not expect was a group strewn together by fate killing one of his agents and then being the only ones trustworthy enough to continue said dead man’s mission. The year is 1717, and the fate of Cliffmoore shall be decided by a murderer, an oathbreaker, a machine, a singer and a dead man walking.

Under The Green Moonis a story set in ahomebrew DnDsetting of my making, using the DnD skeleton of races and gods and crafting new histories, myths, cultures and stories with it. One of them being this one.
