Blood Nought

Six years ago, a mysterious disease swept the land, killing almost all omegas. Now, somealphas grow uncontrollably feral without a counterbalance to their aggressive ruts. Gangs have emerged in the wake of The Culling in a bid for power over the dystopian society. The last surviving omega, K, must navigate treacherous lands and dangerous foe, in order to find out what has caused this disaster, without being discovered for who he truly is.
