- JeslikRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is a good short story, currently complete, though a follow-up is suggested. It hits the feels deep though. ends sorta positive, but after a lot of emotion and drama/trauma leaving me a little depressed. The MC is a 13 tween pretending to be 16 and adult, trying to take care of a sick father, and is a coming-of-age story. The MC is nonbinary, which doesn't seem to change anything in the story, other than being one more way the MC is outside the norm of society. Is very clearly a they, not a he/she. I won't do any spoilers, but it was worth the read, even if i now have to find something else to read to finish the night on a positive note.
