Description

So a sad day begins when you wake up to find out you’ve been kidnapped, stashed with a bunch of strangers in a strange place, and you’re riding on a steam train headed God knows where.

An awesome day begins when you kill the crap out of a zombie, survive a train crash, outrun a hungry horde and wake up the next day with super powers.

A freaky day begins when you die without dying and a tank of talking fluid tells you you’re being recruited as a representative of humanity to decide if they’ll fight in a galactic war or get left in the dust.

I love my life.

Interesting premise, relatable characters, and full of gaming/pop culture references... this book is on its way to be a charming geek's wet dream .
I will update this review as the story progresses, but so far I'm giving it a solid five stars.

This story is definitely worth reading. It has a very interesting plot, but the characters could still use some more development but it's still in the early chapters so its understandable. I will however give you full points because of how beautifully you describe the battle scenes.

Well written. A few spelling mistakes, keep in mind this is an unedited first write.
Not the first time I've read this style of story but so far my favorite I've read.
The characters are so far developing at a reasonable rate. The author hasn't spent chapters introducing the characters but he has still managed to flesh out the important ones without sacrificing the story.

First review, meaning i have total control over the ratings! MUAHAHHAHA. Well, ill just give it a 5, since this is way better than the likes of Arcane Emperor, which gets 4-5 star ratings daily.

The story is a standard executed MC in a strange place with strange people. Only that it's probably not people he's with at all, considering they all act like complete caricatures.
The style is good, conversations flow, and general descriptions are good. The grammar is prim and proper, and the story is obviously though out to some degree, meaning you have a general structure and guideline.
Where the story is lacking is it's characters. There is legimitately no depth at all too them, and it was made apperent in chapter 8, when he meets and subsequently becomes besties with his favourite characters from one of his favourite games. It's all very weird, especially considering the author himself (i'm assuming it's a dude because of the self-inserting) is obviously reflected in the character. It makes the characters seem even more hollow and empty then earlier - there is no bonding period, there is no initial distrust or even real surprise at the human hiding out down in dwarven lands, instead he's embraced like a brother, and accepts this embrace willingly.
It quickly becomes an unorganic "hehe-haha look at our very funny banter!"-segment in the story, featuring characters that are never introduced. Truly terrifying.

Why bother writing a new story you can’t keep up with and doesn’t have a better plot than the last IMO. Such a waste of time .
