I was absolutely tickled silly reading this story.
It is quite strange. It is, in my best comparison, pop culture pulp meets William S. Burroughs' 'Nova Express' meets Frederic Brown's 'Martians Go Home' meets Thomas Pynchon's 'Vineland.' Also, if you ever watched Filmcow on Youtube, I would consider the humor here to be in a similar ilk.
Style: It is abrasive, and, at the beginning, makes starting the story slightly difficult, as you have to 'learn' how to read it. However, when you do, you are rewarded with strong and entertaining wordplay. Once I 'got it' not only did I feel 'in on it' but I found myself constantly laughing out loud.
Story: This story takes place in the bizarro world of NiceTeal, where the bible is the viable and it's also a rip off of harry potter written by a Karen (yes, a personified meme Karen). I don't want to spoil anything, so that's all I'll say, but if you think about the words you are reading when you read this, you will have no choice but to smile and follow the crazy journey. It can be dense, and hard to parse without paying heavy attention, but when you do, there is a payoff that only comes when an author has intent behind their words.
Grammar: There are some areas in most chapters where an extra comma could really help the reading experience. I am hesitant to be strong on this category, however, as the nature of this story is very stylistic, and there is the possibility that some grammatical errors could be intentional.
Character: The characters in their current state are something of gilarious id-based super titans, and I just...they just crack me up. Once again, you have to focus to be 'in on it,' many are based on real people or pop culture icons or memes, but their names are contorted in a punny way.
In summation, this is not the story for you if you are looking for an effortless beam em up number cruncher. However, if you want to read something different, something unique yet familiar that might just make you smile a mile wide,

I- I just. I honestly have no idea what I've been reading, but whatever it is it's pretty good. Also, for those you wondering why it's called "Bible 2," it's because the Bible is now the Viable written by Karen? I think. I'm still not entirely sure.
I will admit that if you dislike surreality and not really understanding what's going on, you probably won't like it.
Anyways, the style is actually pretty good for being literary nonsense. There's this theme of doing .", with end quotes and it seems to be consistent. Overall, if you're not sure if it's just bad editing, it may just be a stylistic choice.
I'd explain the story if I knew what was happening, but apparently this guy name NiceTeal is in charge of God who is called Walther Dismay but then there's a bunch of other characters like Marco Marco and Lugia Marco or something. Also a sterotypical Karen and a guy who invented this universes version of China. There's also Bacterium Joshua (I think) who started the plague.
Grammar is sometimes odd, but that could be stylistic. It does feel a little cramped sometimes but again, that could stylistic.
Characters are great. All of them have good personalities and they do a good job at conveying the nonsense of this story.
I wish I knew what was happening to be honest.

First of all. Maybe. Just maybe. DON'T CALL YOUR FICTION BIBLE 2!
It doesn't even make sense. The cover picture has the title Viable II, and from reading it, probably Viable was supposed to be the title of the fiction. So why/when did it change to Bible 2? (And no, I'm not religious.)
With that out of the way, let's get into the review.
I am sure that there are some people who would enjoy this. But I am not one of them. I am hard pressed to find anything positive to say about it.
The whole thing is a barely coherent mess. In style, story and characters. Totally random events happening one after the other with rarely any connection between them. No logic whatsoever, the world changing from one moment to the next because reasons.
I can see what the author is trying to do. It can work, probably the most well known example of it is Alice in Wonderland. So yes, it can work. But it doesn't.
My advice to the author is to put this story on hiatus or drop it. Start writing something a bit more conventional. And then maybe come back and rewrite it when you have a lot more experience. Because if you don't know what you are doing, the Literary Nonsense genre that (I assume) you are attempting here becomes simple nonsense.
My advice to the readers is to read the first chapter. If you like it, enjoy yourself, the whole fiction is the same. If you don't, stop reading.
p.s.: I feel kinda bad about this review, especially when the author himself has stated that he wants to have fun writing this story. But I don't think I could have been any more fair. It's all about the kind of fun we want to have. Don't let me discourage any who look for this type of fun. It's just not for me. And I cannot justify rating this story any higher.
