Better than Ben's Story

This is a story that will ideally be better than the story my brother is writing. We're supposed to write the first chapter by midnight tonight, which is in about 3.5 hours.

May the power of unhealthy competition push us to create something that isn't utter trash. I'll put the link to his story here when he gets around to uploading it.
