Aster lives in the shadow of the Spirit that killed his family.

The Spirit, once a promised protector, rampaged without warning, throwing Aster’s hometown into chaos before retreating to the depths of its dungeon shrine. Since then, the Spirit remains hidden there. All questions are met with silence.

Years pass. Now, Aster wants to clear that dungeon and confront the Spirit himself. People warn that his goals are impossible, that the powers of a mere human cannot rival the powers of a great Spirit. And they’re correct.

But Aster isn’t planning on fighting alone.

And neither his powers nor allies are wholly human.
