Beast Hunter (Hiatus)

Beast Hunter follows the various tales of Order Hunters in the land of Jie, a continent rife with squabbling states, viscous beasts, and wicked magicians. The first story follows Wone as he begins his work as a hunter and struggles between his commitment to the order and his own desire to be rich and famous.

Ultimately the story is about the Order's place in the land of Jie and their influence on the Overworld, the plane in which humans reside. As the tales continue, more creatures and countries will be revealed as the Order's plan for Jie unveils itself.

The world of Beast Hunter is a dark dystopia. People live in thousand year old ruins under oppressive rulers making the most of the technology left behind from the old world. It's been around 1200 years since the great catastrophe collapsed the old society and on the continent of Jie many countries have arisen to continue the legacy of human culture. The story takes place in a league of city states known as Taipan. The main character, Wone, is based out of Haino City and decides to try and make his fortune there. His journey is rife with struggles, and he finds himself sharing in the burden of his benefactor as he claws his way to money and power. Will he succeed in his goals? Will a monster ruin his dreams? I plan on releasing 1-2 chapters per week, between Monday and Friday.
