Alex was a bullied high-school student with high sense of morality and a guy who believed in having a firm heart due to his martial art heritage. One day after being beaten unconscious at school he suddenly wakes up to find himself in a mysterious library, but before he could digest his situation, a woman he had never met before reincarnated him into a world of swords and magic.

Fifteen years after his reincarnation he visits the great kingdom of Lancia to reunite with his comrade and childhood friend. However, things quickly fall out of place as he meets an old enemy who had apparently 'reformed' and became a good person after their last encounter including the crown prince of the kingdom itself.

This is ignoring the Ascenders in the shadows...! What are their goals and how is he related to them?

What is to happen in this tale of Hidden Dragons and ACTUAL Dragons? Guess it's all in Alex's hands...

This story is quite experimental.
It plays fast and loose with the 4th wall to the point of spending more paragraphs in the meta-plane, talking about the story rather than actually telling.
A neat idea, but it doesn't make for easy reading and doesn't lend itself well to immersing the reader.
The story is also cognisant of it's tropes and comments and tries to subvert them to some extent.
Regrettably, what it builds upon this... Isn't very compelling either.
The story is very convoluted and doesn't establish the characters well, instead breakign the fourth wall, going on about how it's the classic heroic journey, but actually it isn't because X, X and X.
I give half a point, because I can appreciate an author straying from the status quo, but all in all the style hampers the reading experience to the point that I cannot force myself to continue reading.

Author writes from his point of view. But it's just so tasteless. It isn't done normally for a reason. This right here is why people don't write from 2nd person, it's hard to do and his is an example of it spectacularly failing. Author probably probably it would be quirky to imply that being abusive to his characters is funny and new when in reality it's not done because it's again, hard to do well and honestly not that unique. In essence the author bit off more than they could chew and leaving this muddled mess of garbage.
