I will start with the bad
OP too chaotic environment: if almost everyone turned into mosters then why would a human turned moster that can shapeshift back into human and retained all cognitive functions as well as speach even want to murder random people? Makes little sense that "Monsters don't attack each other" despite being sentient.
And to get a mind reading ability on the start is way too OP when everyone including monsters can be read,
also if you're introducing a skill in the system it would do you wonders to follow Azarith Healer example of adding the skill definition which helps with limitations rather than it works when he needs it and is on cooldown when it would make minimal if any difference,
also adding the mind attack without any explaination of where it came from like was there any other skill he could have unlocked?
Feels unearned.
The good on the other hand is that it's fast paced action packed and the dialogue as well as world building is not boring, there is potential in the story, the Author just has to unlock it by infusing more logic to the system,
was wondering how many stars to give and while I pressed 5 stars for encouragement since there are no reviews yet, to be more honest I see 3,5 or 4 stars to be more adequate especially with how short the chapters are, only because they're action packed I will let the Author off the hook this time.
Keep going and improving, it's a good start. - birdwitharmRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5fun to read, seems like it was written by a real person with real human thoughts and feelings! i relate to Lance Samson [delicious] very much
