Bad Omens

A fallen angel is cast down to Earth, or more specifically Rotterdam, the capital of corruption and villainy. In a city filled with supes, mods, and civvies vieing for power, all Santaphrax wants is to figure out what it means to be good!! Too bad nobody in this city agrees with what that means!
