Aura Hunter

Michael had a normal childhood, until a traumatic incident took the lives of his entire family – His father Jonathan Senior, his mother Mary and his brother Jonathan. During the incident, Michael developed the ability to see Auras. Auras are representative of the core aspect of a person’s being, their personality and much more. But heinous acts can stain a person’s Aura and even change their colour entirely.  Red for regular criminals – rapists, wifebeaters, murderers with few victims. Violet/Purple for serial killers, torturers and the worst of the worst – those who enjoy inflicting pain and suffering on others. And Black, Black are irredeemable genocidal maniacs, and actual real life mythological monsters. Hags, Wendigos, Vampires and much worse.

Aura Hunters rid the world of those inhuman monsters whose Auras are Black, leaving the rest for mundane authorities to deal with. After being rescued, Michael becomes an Aura Hunter, where he has to deal with the flaws and limitations of the organization, the day-to-day danger of being an Aura Hunter, and also his own demons.

He will hunt down monsters, he will put them down. No matter the cost. No matter who or what is in the way.
