17-year-old Arata Yoshida lives with his father in Kyoto, Japan. His father is away on business frequently, leaving him alone most of the year barring holidays. One day, a mysterious girl transfers into his school and attacks him later in the same day. His encounter with her pulls him into a world he never imagined as he seeks the truth about his father.
