Description
Stuck in an endless cycle of rebirth, adventure, growth, betrayal and death, he is tired, so tired of it all.Especially the betrayal part.
Who is "he"? Well, he sure would like to remember, but it's been so long, each cycle with a new name, a new identity, a new world often enough ... but always the same outcome.
Anyway, a new start is beginning and this time, he will break the pattern!Staying away from all the power games and politics, away from war and death. As a magic researcher, they'll surely leave him alone - nobody would bother nerds, would they. At least nerds with fireballs. Right?
Right.

- Gork&Mork inc.Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0Absolutely phenomenal.
this is incredible, the tone, the pace, the characters, the PLOT! I don’t believe for a second this is the first thing the author wrote, cuz this is in the same league of azarinth healer and the wandering inn (except word count, but what can you do)
please read this. Now. It’s less than 200 pages at the moment so it’s not even a big commitment, but it will surely be a new entry in your favorites - The Boiled FrogRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0There's a lot of good story telling here. The characters are smartly written and have distinct personalities.
Some situations do have some plot armor but it's not the get out of jail free kind. There are solid explanations as to why and how things happen the way they do.
I am also pleasantly surprised by how well the grammar is done. Some stories you need to run auto translate in your head, this is not one of those.
The only thing that is really needed are more chapters and a book cover. Both of which are highly achievable. After all, good things come to those who have the patience to wait.
