Amidst the Gloom

Thrust into a hostile world, alone, with nothing but an emotionless, impersonal system (and maybe a talking tree or two) to keep you company, would you remain sane? Fatally wounded and no longer human, follow the journey of a broken man as he confronts monsters, humanity, and himself.

This is the first story I've ever written and intended to complete. I don't know when I'll get there, but I'll work at it and chip it away slowly.That being said, if there are any typos, examples of bad english, etc. I'll try to read comments and get to them, but this is more of a passion project and experiment than anything else.If you have suggestions on how to better write the synopsis, or a section of story, I'll gladly consider any and all (constructive) suggestions.
