Ajax's Ascension (Formerly Gamer Reborn)
Community Rating
Description
Reborn on Gryndor with the mythical trait [Divine Witness], Ajax swears to live a life of no regrets. This time, he will seize every opportunity, fight every monster, and plunder every treasure as he enjoys life to the fullest, while remaining wary of human nature he learnt about in his first life.
If only it were that easy. Humanoids are suppressed as one of the weakest sentient races by dragons, elementals among others. Being confined to their patch of land but that hasn't changed their nature as they fight amongst themselves forced to split their sources of power instead of uniting for the greater whole. In order to see the entire vast richness of the world, Ajax must practice and train with ancient weapons of war as well magic, gaining levels and forcing the other races to acknowledge his and humanoids worth.
Ajax’s ascension to the top will not be quick or easy.

- viljar290Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0Lot of spelling mistakes and word mixups (like repeated random mana to man) but nonetheless greatly enjoyable to read. Plot is coherent and world building is very good.
Some characters feel a bit two dimensional. Or we know so little about them. Combat is well written.
Overall it ate a big chunk of last two days. Eagerly waiting for more. - Akemi AshiuchiRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I really enjoyed this book, the first and second books left me salivating for more, and when I found the continuations on RR, I was amazed! I will still buy the books when they come out, but it's honestly a relief to be able to read ahead; it soothes my anxiety. lol
I am anxiously waiting for more! - DeathSeekerRRRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I really like the novel and how it is executed.
Worlbuilding, side characters and background is done as fine wine. Sometimes mc kinda act dumb but anyways, my point is why the Author not providing him any
mythic skill for god sake
I am doubting he will ever get that and i saw a spoiler that till now in latest chapter he doesn't have that.
Ps:- I will continue this story later cause it gets repetative sometimes - Herr_LeonRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0An interesting story to follow. A few P.O.V changes for 1-2 chapters, which helps to make the story more interesting and better describes characters. The skill lists are quite long the more the story progresses, wich would be easier to read if more skills could be combined to minimize it. Combinations are made but to few for my liking. Funny are the naming mistakes where a letter or more are changed... All in all a very good story with good characters.
- Mattf8675Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0I started on Kindle Unlimited. Then I continued here as I found I could not get enough. It is something that I will also continue to buy on kindle from now on. It is an awesome story, that really has me excited for more. There are very few extremely minor grammar issues every now and then. But even they do not detract from the story quality.
- ShirrRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Refreshing
I find this story both simple and very interesting. Currently at Chapter 162 and planning to take it to the very end. There are many stories i have abandoned halfway but not this. The MC has managed to grow and his development over the entire story makes one remain interested in knowing how it will end up for him. The world is also interesting and the few side characters featured keep the story interesting - YoshiSamaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I couldn't put it down, this was absolutely awesome. Yes it is their first time and yes there are mistyping and grammatical errors, but that aside it is just amazing weak to strong with excellent character development. I do enjoy the occasional poverty as well too get a real understanding of each character in important events.
- ne0rmatrixRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I started with the kindle version of the first book. It was incredibly good. I read it cover to cover. I am now almost 300 chapters into the story. It is still very good. I very rarely find a story that is so engaging and keeps me interested this much.
- misssaturnRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I come for the fight and I stayed for the genuinity. It's nice to see a transmigration where the MC is not all set in their ways from their old life. The improvement and wiliness to understand the current world and how to success there.
The MC is very interesting to me, specially when he is theory crafting. I usually don't like perspective changes, but in this story they were well placed. That also helped to understand more about the other characters as well.
I am glad about the way that some of the relationship develop, with a few pointers but noting that takes over of the main focus of the story.
Overall, a very nice story that I recommend. - Alf21Royal Road★★★★ 4.0One of the best LitRPG. Great story, nice easter eggs. I like the POVs and slowburn. Not 5 stars
because of tons of spelling mistakes, missing commas and sone repetitions causing you to re-read some texts multiple times,
because of some weaknesses in the system logic. Even after 450 chapters, it is not clear what skill levels are doing except leading to a breakthrough. E.g. what does it matter if I have a lvl 30 beekeeper skill or a level 40 sword skill?
