AITA for not wanting to watch my neighbor's dog after what happened last time.

This is a short horror story. I've recently been inspired to try out writing and this is my first plunge into this world so I'm looking for any criticism and feedback you can give me! I plan on posting a couple more horror stories depending on how well this goes!
