Description
A boy gazes upon the seemingly endless ocean stretching out in front of him, gazes at the endless world ripe for exploration and adventure. But when he closes his eyes, the only thing he can see is a pair of disembodied eyes, blurry and indistinct voices whispering to him from the darkness. Is he haunted or just delusional, exactly what lies behind the things Li Yang sees when he closes his eyes? And exactly what is the Seed of Creation?

- AyatoRahXephonRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0so ive read the first version of this a couple times and i enjoyed, but you could tell it needed work. this version of the story seems less like a rewrite and more like a new novel, but hold on the story actually feels more thought out at the beginning compared to the first and i have high hopes that the overall quality will be better. so all in all if you enjoyed the first story i'd say give this a shot and see where it goes. Finger crossed it holds together better.
- OriginalRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0A story that is elevated too very good through being consistent within itself to the point of the pieces adding more to the story through implications created by a talented author: I couldn't quite pin down what made this story as good as it is, a rarity for someone who has litteraly written at least one essay (by choice) on what makes quality books quality. It is very rare that a book manages to elevate itself through high consistency, which is one of the most important measures of quality (most tend to fall short to at least some extent on consistency it is one relatively rare requisite for excellence).
I know that I haven't said much beyond that it is indeed good, but I have read the original and this one is much harder to evaluate due to being both so similar and different, sorta like how andurs reincarnation stories on rrl are similiar but different...
