- danlinRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0I liked this a lot. The main character's choices and schemes are quite cool to read about, especially in the later half.
There are a lot of really cool characters after the first book as well that we get POVs from that I just like so much. The book just gets better and better each arc.
There is a lot of angst though, and sometimes I wonder if all of the angst is needed.
It has some pretty good comedy.
The grammar is a bit off but not horribly. Lots of "gonna" instead of "going to" and "gotta" instead of "got to" and repitition of certain words and phrases. Still readable.
