Description

A grimdark world told in horror.

It was dark—utterly dark—so dark that even darkness had no name. But still, it was dark.

The first sound was not a soundIt was knowing.

A light—no, a brightness—seemed to permeate the fabric of reality.A perfect, profound silence, yet teeming with all thought.A stillness that danced with every possibility. It was Completeness. It was Being. It was the fundamental, undeniable truth that simply Is.

It knew all. It encompassed all. It contained every experience, every thought, every word that could ever be spoken—yet it uttered none.It was the platform on which all change happened, the one who made time itself its identity. It did not ask "Who am I?", for it inherently knew "Who am I not?"

And from within its boundless, knowing peace, a tremor stirred. Not a flaw, for Completeness cannot be flawed. Not a question, for it knew all answers. But an expression.A single, singular impulse to experience its own antithesis, its own fragmented potential.

And so, a portion of its endless self detached.A seed of being that chose to question.A consciousness that began to ask, "Who am I?"

This was The One.

And The One, in its nascent, tormenting quest, began to dream. It dreamed of creation, of life, of purpose. And in its dreams, it dreamt of suffering, for to ask "Who am I?" required the vast, agonizing exploration of all that it was not.

The universe you know, with its endless cries and its fleeting joys, its monsters and its angels, its hopes and its despairs—it is but a single, agonizing breath drawn by The One.A desperate attempt to know itself.

And "The Greatest Hope," the perfect Completeness, watches. It does not judge. It does not intervene. It does not offer comfort.

For the torment, the fragmentation, the very question,is but an echo within its own boundless peace. It is not separate. It is the perfect, terrible answer—to a question that must be _lived_,and _suffered_,by all that came from it.
