A Thousand Blue Butterflies

Brannigan, the constable of an isolated valley community, has his quiet life suddenly interrupted by the escape of a POW named Teresa Dari. Her arrival sets off a chain of events that disrupts the valley's tranquility. Brannigan offers her protective custody and together they face tremendous threats from outside forces while both struggle with their own trauma and inner turmoil. Soon, Brannigan discovers that there is something fantastical and not quite human about Teresa as she slowly invades his dreams and inserts herself into his resurfacing traumatic memories. As time begins to unravel around him, Brannigan must fight to regain order both in the valley and within his soul.
