A stange sort of science

Judy is normal, well, actually no one would ever call her that, and thats before they find out she has magic, but she likes to think so. With no memory of her childhood or parents, and not a blind bit of clue how she has magic, she doesn't really think she has a place in the world. Thats when Evelyn Terce, daughter of the man who changed the world - Jackson Terce, an effervescent, self absorbed socialite who latches onto Judy and drags her into her whirlwind life. But when a man that can wield magic supposedly working for Eve's father shows up at the door and throws Judy into a wall via telekenisis, Judy is thrown (quite literally) into a world of secret magical societies, hi-tech conspiracies and the discovery that she is not alone in the world.
