This was an amazing read, and really cool.  The author promised it would make me think, and it certainly did. Let me give a run-though of the basics of the scores I gave and what I thought overall.
Style score:  I felt like the author rambled at some key points, and skipped over others very quickly.  The first chapter could probably be eliminated altogether- it's job is to introduce the characters and the setting, and to lead into the main plot, but I don't feel like the information given is necessary to understand the characters.  The few paragraphs of exposition are supposed to be helpful, but they don't actually plug me in with the character because I haven't even met him yet.  And then in other parts, like the fight scene in chapter two, there seems to be too little focus on the emotion.  It's a very vivid scene and very well written, and yet you really don't dive into how Ren feels.
Grammar score:  Your grammar could use improvement in a lot of places, although in general I don't focus on this much.  Your formatting is kind of confusing to read and a little distracting (I would suggest taking out the asterisks, for example).
Story score:  This is the best part, in my opinion.  Your story is really strong, and your idea is really good.  You really catch me with questions, wondering what's going to happen and where the teacher is, each scene intoducing more tension and more fear.  Your story itself is facinating, and impresses me a lot.  I really look forwards to reading more.
Character score:  Ren is a really well fleshed out character, and I can tell that you took a lot of time to understand him.  He's strong, he's confident, he's kind, he's modest, and much more.  However, I don't feel like he has very realistic flaws.  He is too perfect, I dont' feel like I can understand him.  I hope you will dive deeper into this in the coming chapters.
Overall, this is an incredible piece of work and I'm thrilled to keep reading.  I'm giving this five stars.
