- RznRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0For a setting such as this the author does not give a lot of insight into the world and the procedures which govern the application of the law. Empty Eyes as a character is the only one with some real development and even that is muted. The foundational framework which the story exists is unclear and the story develops in a way that causes more and more questions to arise. It does have an ending, but the unresolved aspects weigh on it. It is a good story still.
