I love the story so far, the Re:Monster influence is great but you've also added your own unique ideas to the plot with an ability for the MC that has practically LIMITLESS potential, and the same can be said for the story. Please keep it up,  you've have a great thing going so keep going! And to conclude... MOAR CHAPTERS!!!

At the time I’m writing this, there’s only 3 chapters, but I’m a fan of stories like this. Im keeping this review at 3 stars until later chapters give a more detailed view on how the story will pan out. Definitely lots of potential with these kinds of stories.
Style- 2.5 stars- With only 3 chapters at the time of this review, I don’t think I have enough experience with your writing to come to a conclusion on this, thus the average rating.
Story- 3.5 stars- due to the potential of the setting and the fact that I do enjoy it.
Grammar- 4 stars – simply because you have better grammar than a lot of other aspiring authors. I’m a grammar nazi, it’s important to me.
Character-3.5 stars- Having a main character that your audience enjoys to read about is something I would mark as an integral part to a story. So far your writing has given me the impression that this one is somewhat sympathetic whilst maintaining a pragmatist attitude. I like that, but I’ll look forward to seeing him more fleshed out.
    Things I like:
    1. While I am a huge fan of over-the-top OP protagonists, watching an MC go from trash mob to top-tier badass is just as good.
    2. Goddamn do I love snakes. Only thing better than a snake is a dragon, or a phoenix. Snakes are great.
    3. My favorite way to watch a character progress is through stealing other people’s hard work, preferably assholes. Although this does bear the problem where the author usually attempts to hamstring fast development with a crippling drawback. I believe that the drawback listed here is actually reasonable.
    4. A problem I usually dislike when it comes to “New character in a strange world” is the lack of a mentor figure early on to teach at least a semblance of common sense to the MC before they fuck something up. You've dealt with that in a standard but good fashion.
    What I don’t like:
    1.Too early to tell.
