Description

His Locker sucked him into a wormhole in Space and Time.

No, it's actually true.

Next thing Ash knows, he's waking up in a building in New York City, during the Chitauri invasion, dressed in a towel and boxers. He tries to escape but then debris from the collapsing building falls onto his head sending him to a quick death.

He opens his eyes in the same building again...this time a blast from a plasma weapon ends his life.

He comes from the dead...AGAIN. And each time he dies, time is reversed and he is brought back to life.

So what's the plan?

Try to figure a way out of the time loop by whatever means possible.

If he has to learn magic and call onto unspeakable gods and entities, so be it.

Well, no. Of course not. But it is good. A grade A timeloop story. All the bad bits are areas that a tiny bit of imagination will carry you through.
The story follows just a regular guy thrust into various scenarios and uses both looping precognition and steadily growing physical stats to finish quests. It is a fun premise and reads almost like a series of short stories since the different scenarios are mutually exclusive.
That being said. It is slightly important you are both familiar with and like Marvel, Fate, and Bleach (Percy Jackson?). If you aren't already invested in each of those universes, you will find yourself lost. I'm pretty sure you can just skip around and still enjoy it, but that might mean you lose huge swaths of the story.
