A Knight's Will

This is the saga of a boy whom encountered an unfortunate accident that took all he had.For on that fateful day, everything precious to him was taken away. In the end, what was left was a painful memory that could never be casted off, which led him in pursuing a simple goal.That goal gave him a reason to live and he trained bitterly ever since. He wanted to be strong in order to prevent a similar incident from happening again. He wanted power and nothing more --he wanted to stand tall.But he was weak and talentless. Everything he did, others could do better. He had nothing of worth to him but a will that refuses to yield. With an unreasonably strong will, he invested his all in becoming stronger, even if it takes longer to achieve the same kind of result as the others.Sadly, though, will and determination alone will not give him what he desires the most. No matter how much blood or sweat he sacrifice, it will prove lacking in reaching his goal. His dream won’t be fulfilled; he will not stand tall.But if blood, sweat and effort are incapable of granting his wish, then a way suited for him must be made. A path must be paved that will grant his meager self a chance in reaching his wish; be it a path of thorns or a path fraught with danger, he will walk on.But each step must be paid with a heavy price; a price that will break the boy. By then, will he still be sane enough to pay for the next one?
