Magic has always existed in some form or other, but hidden and invisible to most of the general population. Yet in the year 2014, this changed. A massive global war broke out, and the fighting was so intense that those with sorcery came to the defense of their nations. This led to the widespread acknowledgment of the existence of magic. In the aftermath of the war, the reformed U.N. created the Sorcerer's Charter.

In this alternate history story, written like a history book, we look back at possible spells that could have developed in a world with magic and how they could have affected the history of warfare.
