Description
Luis Shin, a famous chef, was awarded a medal for his 10th 3-star restaurant. It was supposed to be a great day. However, after a few hours of being awarded, Luis Shin was in a white space. What was in front of him was a man with unparalleled beauty. And said beauty was bowing his head down.
"I'm so sorry!"
Apparently, the reason for his death was because of this god!
"I will give you the chance to reincarnate in my world!" The god suggested as an apology.
"New world? Does that mean there are new ingredients as well?!" Luis's eyes sparkled as he gazed at the god. And the god nodded his head. Without any hesitation,
"Yes!"
New ingredients? New foods? Who could say no to that?! Like that, Luis was reincarnated into the new world. What would be in store for him?

- dede83Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0i am enjoying the story. the character is fun and entertaining, and does seem like he has interesting way of looking at and behaving towards different things he has never seen. and the plot seems quite well thought out. the story seem to have a good balance of fun, seriousness, and with hints of action. really want to read the rest of the chapters in vol 1 as well as the rest of the story
- KyleaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This book drew me from the first page of book one. The characters are distinct with their own personalities and wants. There is even comedy in the main characters personality. The world is one that makes you want to jump into it with the main character. I only wish all volumes were for sale in print versions and not just kindle. Author could you also make it an audiobook!
- Cameron WeberRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I love novels like this they're fun and entertaining. I have a good imagination so it's great to be able to read things like this that I can immerse myself into. And it's good when it can make ur heart race in anticipation of what comes next. I especially love the different types of races that come into play too
- NetiZenRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0So, before I bother with the rest, it's a cute no combat, story worth the read.
Kieth the Mc was Definitely a disney princess in his incarnation before last. He was a cooking battle protag in his last incarnation. Now he is a genderswapped disney princess in this one, complete with bird mind control powers, reincarnated into a world of gray emotions.
Kind of a light hearted beers and beards with cooking and more fluffy slice of life. - librarysmilesRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This is a slice-of-life story about a guy that attracts everyone to himself in a swords and magic world.
The main character is like Snow White in easily, without trying, taming people, birds, and all the creatures in the forest.
This story is not about cooking. If you are looking to read about gourmet kitchen techniques or a wide variety of dishes, this is not the top chef you seek. When food is mentioned, it is always about putting a smile on another's face.
There are technical errors in this story.
This is the relaxing cute story of a relationship-driven main character. - mitchLIRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0So over the top it is really funny. It took me a few chapters to remember what the God said and how everyone acted towards the MC. The MC is the straight character and everyone else's actions towards him just is too good. I laughed so many time already at the reactions.
- sawbag2Royal Road★★★★ 4.0I’ve lowered the rating by half a star because the updates are subpar. Though we get two chapters every day or two, they have very low word count and I can finish two in five minutes. Moreover, they end in the most inconvenient point of the plot but because you get so little information it feels like a wait a day to ready a ten minute portion of the plot. Would like longer chapters when released even if they take longer to churn out. This would make it much more satisfying to read.
- zamuRoyal Road★★★ 3.0Style: The story has no strong style. On the other hand, there is nothing I can say that is wrong with the current style given that it's a serial SoL story.
Grammar: Just a minor knock for the occasional error that gets through. Overall, the story is well formatted and not painful to try to read.
Character: This story heavily borrows from isekai fantasy tropes. There isn't distinct or iconic from any of the characters. Generally, everyone is inoffensive, a bit bland, and entirely ruled by food.
Story: The pace is constant. However the listless direction and essentially same pattern of "do thing", "*gasp* so smart" has made the story hard to read. Reading it as it came out made me less aware of this issue, but when I slipped and fell behind and had to binge to catch back up the pattern became apparent. Overall the plot is inoffensive and I could see a successful execution of it existing, it's just not this one.
To the author, I think that the largest thing that needs work on this story is characters. You can have a SoL where nothing grand happening, but you need strong characters to give your readers something resonate with. If you don't have that then you need to provide each scene a reason to exist which necessitates a strong plot which is very hard in SoL. - LordTCRoyal Road★★ 2.0Really disliked the awkward time skip where we have this lovely story going at a nice pace from birth to one year then suddenly the author decides to skip eight years. If you want to skip that much of the early life it makes no sense to spend 20 chapters on the first year. You set the reader up for a slow progression young protagonist story then you pull the rug out from under them by skipping eight years and completely betraying those expectations.
- toastywaffles17 sRoyal Road★★ 2.0The premise of the story seems quite intriguing, it’s about a genius Michelin star chef who is reincarnated as the 4th son of a Duke, but there is one major shortcoming. The grammar in the story is not up to par, and it interrupts my reading flow. The story desperately needs an editor or some time to review before each upload before I could consider reading it.
