It's a short story, doesn't quite have a full arc, but then, some stories are best left short.
Grammar is good, characterization is good. Author has done a good job of bringing to life what I presume is a late 1940's or early 1950's southern United States and all the issues that entails. Make me cry while I wait for my next class
I well.. idk about enjoyed per say.. but this is Good! I love Balto and want to protect him. Makes me so angry I can't. The setting is interesting and I'm intrigued by the illusions to some event regarding dragons which caused all this hate. Lee's a good man. Emotions really got through to me. Really hope Balto can find happiness somewhere else.
