A Dark Ultimatum

In our world, forever changed by a disease of mythological proportions that wiped out most of humanity long ago, kingdoms and communities in the new world war. Blessed with strange powers and hypernatural biology, humans with two hearts and noble eyes seek to reclaim their former glory, rising to return to the heights of their forefathers long ago. One such human, cursed with lightning, is a prince by the name of Flint, who's found himself a pariah amongst his own people. His life is a contentious one, and it all comes to a mount when his parents' kingdom is invaded because of him. But as he joins the war under a guise, hoping to right his wrongs, he discovers a strange group of people in the woods, or more accurately, they discover him. They wield strange weapons and wear complex armor, designed in advanced lands far away. The old world has returned, and they bring their technology and dark sins with them.
