I was a quiet chemist who simply liked to be left alone. So when Truck-kun barreled down the road, I minded my own business—and still got hit somehow.

Before I knew what had happened, I was reincarnated into a prominent aristocratic family in a world of swords and magic. Forewarned that a war would destroy my new world, I set out to trigger an industrial revolution, modernizing agriculture, commerce, education, transportation, sanitation, and weapons manufacturing to prepare humanity for the impending war.

Great depiction of how and why economy is the most important thing in the world. Who needs nukes when you can just ban their kingdom from buying everything a modern society needs to survive?
Well written, fun and a learning experience for me since I didn't know about a lot of these things!

I'm loving this story! the concepts are well thought out and the process of character progress is natural. It's refreshing to have a protagonist put in the work and move toward goals one step at a time., Instead of the *ding* you are now be the greatest thing since sliced bread and are the most powerful being in existence. The inner monologue is well done and conveys the thoughts behind actions really well. Also the sarcasm is top tier and I'm here for it. The fighting is written so I feel a movie playing in my mind and I forget that I'm actually reading. Well done.

It's sweet how they didn't nerf a method of gaining wealth or whatever, but just made the walls that much higher. The some characters could use a little more building, but it's too late now. Read every chapter just after it was released, the ending was got me on the edge of my seat.

Prepare for your highly improbable Isekai with this all in one how to guide! Want to be the genius that brings guns to a magical medieval wonderland, but know that you don't know basics like how to create gun powder? Nevermind all the supporting infrastructure that makes progress possible?
Yep it's basically impossible. Or at least it was!
Disclaimer: all you need is a memory enhancement that will give you crystal clear recall of this story instead of some one and done hero cheat code. That and the ability to break molecular bonds en masse with a thought. Easy peasy!

What an amazing story. It's rare that education, strategy, and violence all flow together seamlessly into one plot. Depending on future releases, I can't see this book not becoming one of royal roads best creations. Sometimes I get tired of all the repetition rr seems to thrive on and then people like traxler come about and remind me why I'm addicted to reading.
Also chapters come out frequently and big ;) best not have any silly ideas or well need to have a right serious conversation you hear me Mr author?

Quite an interesting story...what I find unique is the way the story delves into technical details of what it takes to create an industrialization. It is very educative and makes me appreciate the dedication by the author. Thanks for making something relaxing I can enjoy reading that doesn't try to be something it isn't. The story starts off well with a childhood phase and world as well as character building. Then the trouble and tribulations do not strike at every moment but when expected, the story doesn't make this feel rushed but something the MC has time to plan for and does.
I hope to continue reading this story in future.

Did you ever wonder "What if someone actually smart (like really smart) got transported into fantasy world and had the exact knowledge and tools to make the best of their knowledge"? Even if you didn't you should still read this story.
MC is a talented chemist with perfect memory and also seems like a psychopath but is actually a decent dude, just really doesn't feel emotion. The story is well written, character convincing (tho many children are extremely competent and mature, to an actually ridiculous level), world/magic elements are cool at the moment I am writing this, chapters are big and have big time jumps, but again it may change further down the road. Only thing that may be annoying to you is the necessity of making what I'd call logical jumps and interpolations based on past events/context to underestand what is going on properly at some moments. Overall a great story plus actual real world plants, latin sentences as spells and nice, bite sized chunks of multiple sciences or processes.
