A cheat that allows me to build a city in another world ?!

Jercan was a 18 year old teen flying back to his home country when all of the sudden truck-kun hit and killed him(it appears that some rocket was transporting a truck in to space and something went wrong )and now jercan finds himself in to another world with a system to make his own country
