Mia woke up to a system window congratulating her on being selected as a Candidate. What for, she had no clue, but she was quick to adapt. When given the chance she opted to summon familiars to fight in her place, and immediately set out to level up. If the world was going to change for worse she wasn’t just going to sit around and wait to die.

Despite that her goal was to sit back and relax while her familiars handled everything, but things just never seemed to go her way. From old friends, new enemies, to quests from the gods she kept getting swept up in various situations. All she wanted was to relax alone while leveling passively, was that too much to ask?
