25 Year encroachment

Malo reih is a relatively normal unemployed American at 22 years old. On his way to his next Job interview he was assaulted with a booming mechanical voice saying [Mortal beings of planet 122-3-Habitable, you will be given 25 years, or 3 Months per floor, to conquer 100 Floors of the Artificial Labyrinth. Failure to advance at a speed of 3 Months per floor will result in immediate termination].

Stone walls then rose from the ground in a grid like pattern trapping all inside their interior.

With that Malo felt a serious migrane and collapsed.
