- Emerson FortierRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5I've never read anything like this. The closest is maybe "john dies at the end", or some if PKD's wilder rides. The story opens with our protagonist getting abducted by an alien woman and a gray. They then smoke some cush before the protagonist touches a crystal, let's "the love of the universe in" and meets an ascended being who gives him star powers to visit earth again in a vision. Afterwards, the lady who abducted him gives him a blowjob and they have rather pornographic sex in the shower. While hes putting his thong back on, the gray gets a call informing them his home planet is under attack by robots. That's the story so far.
Some people are really going to enjoy this story. I'm not sure I'm high enough to appreciate it as anything but a unique experience. Like I said, I've never read any in ng like it. If i must recommend it, I'd recommend it just for that. It's a trip.
Grammar is mediocre throughout and things seemed to happen for no real rhyme or reason but it never really seemed like a roadblock for me. Just a weird wild ride.
